SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how access to SUPERFOLIO products, services, plans, subscriptions, digital features, public portfolio pages, account tools, verification-related features, integrations, APIs, webhooks, and other digital offerings is delivered.

SUPERFOLIO is a digital software platform. SUPERFOLIO does not sell, ship, deliver, courier, transport, or physically distribute any physical products, goods, merchandise, documents, equipment, packages, printed materials, hardware, or tangible items.

For limited legal identification purposes only, SUPERFOLIO is operated by Scalith, LLC. Except where the context requires otherwise, “SUPERFOLIO,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the SUPERFOLIO service, platform, website, products, and their operator, personnel, vendors, licensors, service providers, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns.

By purchasing, subscribing to, registering for, accessing, or using SUPERFOLIO, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy.

1. No Physical Shipping

SUPERFOLIO provides access to digital software services only.

No physical goods are shipped by SUPERFOLIO.

Without limitation, SUPERFOLIO does not ship:

  • physical products;
  • printed materials;
  • merchandise;
  • hardware;
  • devices;
  • certificates;
  • letters;
  • identity documents;
  • verification documents;
  • portfolio documents;
  • invoices in physical form;
  • contracts in physical form;
  • marketing materials;
  • packaging;
  • or any other tangible item.

Any reference to “delivery,” “access,” “activation,” “fulfillment,” “dispatch,” “availability,” or similar language in connection with SUPERFOLIO refers only to digital access, electronic availability, account activation, feature enablement, or online service functionality, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by SUPERFOLIO.

2. Digital Delivery Only

SUPERFOLIO services are delivered electronically through online access to the SUPERFOLIO website, dashboard, account area, portfolio tools, hosted portfolio pages, integrations, APIs, webhooks, billing portal, support communications, and related digital infrastructure.

After successful registration, subscription, payment, or activation, access to applicable digital features may be made available through your Account, subject to:

  • successful payment authorization;
  • Account creation;
  • email verification, where applicable;
  • plan limitations;
  • feature availability;
  • technical configuration;
  • billing status;
  • compliance with the Terms and Conditions;
  • third-party service availability;
  • security checks;
  • fraud-prevention checks;
  • and SUPERFOLIO’s internal systems.

3. No Shipping Charges

Because SUPERFOLIO does not ship physical goods, SUPERFOLIO does not charge shipping fees, courier fees, postage fees, packaging fees, freight fees, handling fees for physical delivery, or similar physical-shipping charges.

Any taxes, subscription fees, platform fees, payment-processing charges, add-on charges, verification-related charges, usage-based charges, or other digital-service charges are governed by the applicable pricing, billing terms, Terms and Conditions, and Refund Policy.

4. No Delivery Address Required for Shipping

SUPERFOLIO does not require a shipping address for physical delivery because no physical goods are shipped.

SUPERFOLIO may still collect billing addresses, tax information, identity-verification information, business information, account information, or legal contact information where needed for payment processing, fraud prevention, tax compliance, verification workflows, legal compliance, support, or account administration.

Providing an address to SUPERFOLIO does not create any obligation for SUPERFOLIO to ship, mail, courier, or physically deliver anything to you.

5. Access Timing

SUPERFOLIO generally attempts to provide digital access after successful Account creation, plan selection, and payment confirmation where applicable.

However, access may be delayed, limited, suspended, or unavailable due to:

  • payment authorization delays;
  • failed payments;
  • fraud checks;
  • security checks;
  • email verification requirements;
  • Account verification requirements;
  • identity-verification workflow delays;
  • technical issues;
  • downtime;
  • maintenance;
  • third-party service delays;
  • payment processor issues;
  • browser or device issues;
  • network issues;
  • plan configuration;
  • billing configuration;
  • Account restrictions;
  • legal review;
  • abuse-prevention review;
  • or other operational reasons.

SUPERFOLIO does not guarantee instant access, uninterrupted access, or access within any specific timeframe.

6. No Physical Delivery Tracking

Because SUPERFOLIO does not ship physical goods, no courier tracking number, postal tracking number, shipment confirmation, delivery label, dispatch notice, customs declaration, or physical delivery confirmation will be provided.

Digital Account notices, payment receipts, subscription confirmations, billing emails, support emails, verification-status notices, or dashboard messages are not physical shipping confirmations.

7. No Customs, Import Duties, or Physical Delivery Taxes

Because SUPERFOLIO does not ship physical goods, SUPERFOLIO does not handle customs clearance, import duties, physical-goods taxes, courier brokerage fees, freight taxes, customs declarations, physical shipment insurance, or international package delivery.

You remain responsible for any taxes, levies, duties, withholding, payment fees, or legal obligations applicable to your purchase or use of SUPERFOLIO as a digital service.

8. No Risk of Loss for Physical Goods

Because no physical goods are shipped, there is no transfer of title, physical possession, shipping risk, courier risk, postal risk, freight risk, warehouse risk, package loss risk, or physical delivery risk associated with SUPERFOLIO.

SUPERFOLIO is not responsible for lost packages, delayed shipments, damaged goods, stolen deliveries, incorrect shipping addresses, failed courier delivery attempts, customs holds, or any other physical-delivery issue, because no physical delivery is provided.

9. Third-Party Services Are Not SUPERFOLIO Shipments

SUPERFOLIO may allow Users to embed, connect, link to, or use Third-Party Services. If a Third-Party Service, Portfolio Owner, customer, client, vendor, contractor, or other third party separately sells or ships physical goods, that transaction is solely between the relevant parties.

SUPERFOLIO is not responsible for any third-party physical product, shipment, package, delivery, courier issue, customs issue, refund, return, replacement, defect, warranty, loss, damage, or dispute.

SUPERFOLIO’s role is limited to providing digital software tools and platform functionality.

10. Portfolio Owners’ Own Products or Services

Portfolio Owners may use SUPERFOLIO to display their work, services, projects, case studies, testimonials, reviews, links, forms, booking tools, or external offers.

If a Portfolio Owner sells, delivers, ships, or provides any product, service, document, physical item, digital item, professional service, consulting service, agency service, coaching service, freelance service, or other deliverable, that activity is solely between the Portfolio Owner and the relevant customer, client, Viewer, buyer, or third party.

SUPERFOLIO does not ship, deliver, supervise, verify, guarantee, insure, or take responsibility for any Portfolio Owner’s products, services, deliverables, promises, physical shipments, digital deliveries, timelines, results, or customer obligations.

11. No Shipping-Based Refunds

Because SUPERFOLIO does not ship physical goods, you are not entitled to any refund, credit, cancellation, chargeback, compensation, or service extension based on:

  • non-receipt of physical goods;
  • delayed shipment;
  • missing tracking number;
  • damaged package;
  • lost package;
  • customs delay;
  • wrong shipping address;
  • courier failure;
  • non-delivery of physical items;
  • lack of printed documents;
  • lack of mailed certificates;
  • lack of physical verification materials;
  • or any other physical-shipping issue.

All payment and refund matters are governed by the SUPERFOLIO Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions.

12. Electronic Communications

SUPERFOLIO may provide notices, confirmations, receipts, invoices, billing updates, support responses, verification-status updates, product updates, legal notices, and other communications electronically.

Electronic communications may be sent through:

  • email;
  • Account dashboard;
  • billing portal;
  • in-product notices;
  • support messages;
  • website notices;
  • or other electronic methods.

You agree that electronic delivery satisfies any applicable requirement that communications be provided in writing, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to This Shipping Policy

SUPERFOLIO may update, modify, replace, or revise this Shipping Policy at any time.

Updated versions become effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated.

Your continued use of SUPERFOLIO after an updated Shipping Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge and agree to the updated Shipping Policy.

14. Relationship to Other Policies

This Shipping Policy forms part of and should be read together with the SUPERFOLIO Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any applicable plan terms, billing terms, or additional written agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, arbitration provisions, class-action waivers, jury-trial waivers, governing-law provisions, and other protections in the Terms and Conditions apply to this Shipping Policy.

If there is a conflict between this Shipping Policy and the Terms and Conditions regarding physical shipping, this Shipping Policy controls solely with respect to physical shipping. All other provisions of the Terms and Conditions remain fully effective.
